Your family's data, handled plainly.

What we collect

Account information you provide: your email address, name, and password (managed by our authentication provider). Household and player profiles you create: player name, birthday, gender, competitive level, and an optional photo — entered and managed by you, the account holder.

Planning data: tournaments you save, your season schedule, reminder preferences, and any results or stats you log. Contact details you choose to add: a mobile phone number (only if you turn on SMS reminders) and a home ZIP code (used to show drive distances to events).

Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. We keep your subscription status and plan details.

How we use it

To run the product: showing you tournaments, building your season, sending the reminders you asked for (email and, if you opted in, SMS), and notifying you when a saved tournament's details change.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing texts. Emails beyond transactional messages (like a renewal heads-up) are kept to a minimum.

Who processes it for us

Like most software, TourMap runs on a small set of service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Supabase — database and sign-in
• Stripe — payments and subscriptions
• Twilio — SMS reminders (only if you opt in)
• Resend — transactional email
• Vercel — website hosting
• Anthropic — powers the Ask TourMap assistant (your questions to it are processed to generate answers)

Children

TourMap accounts are created and managed by parents or guardians. Player profiles for junior golfers are entered by the account holder, and all communications go to the account holder — never to the player.

Retention

While your membership is active, your data stays in your account. If your membership ends, your season history is retained for 12 months (so rejoining picks up where you left off) and then removed. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing us.

Your choices

You can turn SMS reminders off per-tournament in the app or by replying STOP to any text. You can update or remove player profiles, phone number, and ZIP in your account. For a copy of your data, corrections, or deletion, email hello@tourmap.club and we'll take care of it.
