Yes. TourMap is a premium membership designed for families who compete regularly and value organization.

Regional, $250 a year: tournament coverage in any two states, advanced search filters, calendar management, deadline tracking, and tournament update notifications.

National, $500 a year: nationwide coverage across all 50 states, plus every Regional feature. Built for families competing on regional and national schedules.

Every membership includes continuous platform enhancements and year-round tournament database updates.

We're continually expanding and refining our database.

If an event is missing, submit it through our Request an Event form. Our team reviews every submission and works quickly to verify and add qualifying tournaments.

No. Registration is always completed through each organization's official website.

Every tournament you add to your TourMap calendar includes a direct link to its official registration page, so you can register when the time is right, without hunting for the correct website again.

Yes. The Manual Add feature within Calendar Management lets you add events that may not appear in our database.

Yes. If a tournament you've saved changes its date, registration window, venue, or other important details, TourMap notifies you so your schedule stays current throughout the season.

Rather than recommending where a player should compete, TourMap provides the tools and information families need to confidently build the schedule that's right for them.

We organize tournament information from organizations across the country, but operations, registration, eligibility, and policies remain the responsibility of each individual organization.

Our database is maintained year-round.

Schedules, registration windows, venue changes, cancellations, and other important updates are reviewed regularly so your planning stays current throughout the season.

Yes. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a refund within the first 30 days of your initial membership.

To preserve the value of TourMap's proprietary planning tools, memberships become non-refundable once premium features have been activated. Such as exporting tournaments to your personal calendar, activating the Progress Tracker, or using other proprietary planning tools.

Adding tournaments to your calendar or exploring the platform does not affect refund eligibility. If premium features have not been activated, refund requests within the first 30 days will be honored.

Your TourMap planning history is securely retained for up to 12 months after expiration or cancellation.

During this time, access to premium features. Saved schedules, Calendar Management, Progress Tracker data, and other membership tools. Is suspended.

Reactivate anytime within the 12-month window to restore full access. Accounts that remain inactive beyond the retention period may be permanently removed.
